The Remnant Collective Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Missing or Lost Packages:
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at remnantthecollective@gmail.com within 7 days of the supposed delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
