Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts for 14 days upon receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, contact us at theremnantcollectiveapparel@gmail.com including the order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don't accept Cancellations. Please send an email to remnantthecollective@gmail.com in case of a concern regarding your order.
Damages
Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately upon receipt. We will work to address the issue promptly.
Exceptions (Ineligible for return)
Please note that certain items such as custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to stickers, Keychain, and totebags.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
